Destabilizing Water Avatars - After merging with the Endless Sea, the user can't maintain their water avatars while on land for very long. They will have a hard time to maintaining their shape and their avatars will start to ripple and fall apart into a puddle if they stay out of the Endless Sea for an extended period of time.
Despite Andreasen's statement implying that Nya couldn't control the water in people's bodies, Nya was able to remove the seawater Jay inhaled in Seabound. Hydrokinetic Shapeshifting - The user can transform/reshape their water form into a different form or appearance. Nya used this to shapeshift into a massive water dragon to combat Wojira. She did this again at some point before she saved a sailor from drowning and stayed in this shape until she remembered who she is. Tommy Andreasen clarified that an Elemental Master of Water cannot breathe underwater. [9] This was confirmed in " The Storm Amulet."Out-of-universe, this is because "Ninjago is not scientifically accurate" and because the ability to control blood would make Nya's powers extremely deadly. [12] [13] According to Tommy Andreasen, the water which the Elemental Master of Water shoots from their hands is probably cold and not saline. [22] The wing assembly makes use of three Technic “fingers” for each wing. The cloth wing attaches onto the small ball-pins at the end of each spine. When asked if the Master of Water can control amphibious creatures, other than whales, Tommy Andreasen replied, 'If only there was a tv-series which could potentially answer that…' [21] Freezing - Cold enough temperatures turns Water into Ice, making it near impossible for Masters of Water to control. Nya was able to overcome this by learning how to control Ice by a limited amount with the help of Sorla.
My only complaints are that the wings could be a little bigger, and that the tail doesn’t have enough friction in the joints to hold a pose. Depending on how you choose to display the set, you might not notice those shortfalls at all. It is the one of the only elements that can potentially harm/destroy ghosts. The other two are Fire and Energy. [6] [8] Enhanced Swimming - The user has the ability to swim in great speed and distances in a short period of time. Hyetokinesis - The user can create, generate, and manipulate rain, allowing them to control its intensity and water, even in a drought.

Hydrokinetic Constructs - The user is able to turn Water into tools, objects, weapons, and other items. Nya used this to make spring/steps to move forward when there is no solid ground to stand on. [2] It is worth noting that in " A Big Splash," Water and Wind were revealed to be pre-existing powers belonging to Wojira. Chen was able to complete his spell without the use of water because it's not an element listed in the book. This is also the same for Wind and Time. [5]Water Avatar - In addition, once merged, the user can create avatars made of Water to embody their consciousness at will. The avatars can still be destroyed, such as electrocution, however, the user can simply create a new avatar, as they are the ocean itself. The user can still make avatars even if they are in the Endless Sea, but for an indefinite period of time because they are surrounded by water. While heading to Stiix to confront Clouse, Nya summoned the Elemental Water Dragon, flying alongside her fellow ninja. However, she stopped by at the Ninjago hospital to tend to Nelson's leg injuries and presumably used the dragon once more to arrive at Stiix. This dragon also has the least screen time of any Elemental Dragon seen in the series, only appearing in one episode.
The sub also has a twist in the font-facing weapons. Zane’s sub gets golden ski poles – a nice meta touch in the part selection. Water has the potential to be one of the most powerful secondary elements, as it grants the user the ability to merge with the Endless Sea at will, gaining complete control over it. However, this form is considered a sacrifice, as the user will permanently lose themselves to the Endless Sea. Thalassokinesis - Once achieved, the user has complete control over the ocean, as shown when Nya drained all the water out of Ninjago City after the conflict with Wojira. Immortality - After merging, the user becomes immortal and they can't age or be killed. Nyad still exists after thousands of years, describing this as becoming "eternal and endless".Hydro-Cryokinesis - Users are able to control a little bit of Ice, and still have Water. However, this requires a great amount of focus, has a lot of limits, and must be in the right condition zone. Hydrokinetic Entrapment - The user can use Water to trap ghosts in it since it's the only thing known to stop ghosts, as explained by Master Wu during Nya's water training in " Stiix and Stones." Fury of the Storm - The user can use both the Endless Sea and violent storms to create a destructive storm surge associated with Water and Wind. According to Glutinous, it's also known as the full power of Wave and Storm. [4] The dragon’s head uses the same mold as the 71746 Jungle Dragon, in a new color with new printing. The lower jaw is an entirely new element.
