Please note that you may also need to update your Wi-Fi driver on Windows before it becomes functional. If you don't see the Bluetooth driver in "Device Manager," try reseating your Bluetooth module under the M2 drive. Please be very careful when handling the two antennas and slide the plastic shielding off carefully to avoid bumping the antennas. If you've been having stability issues make sure to set your unit to AUTO. This should hopefully resolve stability but if not proceed to the next step.Meanwhile, the small machine can be equipped with up to 64 GB of DDR5 memory using two SODIMMs, an M.2-2280 SSD with a PCIe 4.0 interface, and one 2.5-inch HDD or SSD for bulk storage.

Like AMD’s previous-gen chips, the Ryzen 7 7735HS is an 8-core, 16-thread processor with Zen 3+ CPU cores that run at a base frequency of 3.2 GHz. AMD’s Radeon 680M integrated graphics features 12 RDNA 2 GPU cores. To test the stability of your device you can use the following software as it also detects hardware errors as well: IF SFC fails to repair files you'll need to repair the Windows image itself before running SFC. This can be done by running in the same CMD windows in Admin mode the following command:

The USB-C port on the UM773 Lite / SE can not be used as a power supply port. Please use the DC19V power supply. On the connectivity side of matters, the Venus Series UM773 offers an M.2-2230 slot for a Wi-Fi + Bluetooth adapter, a 2.5 GbE connector, one USB4 port, three USB 3.2 Gen2 connectors (Type-A and Type-C), two USB 2.0 Type-A ports, two HDMI 2.0 outputs, and a TRRS audio input/output for headsets. While Minisforum does not explicitly say that the USB4 port can be used to attach an external graphics card installed into an eGFX box, this is certainly an option if one would like to use this tiny system for more serious gaming. Multiple users with prebuilt units are reporting RAM faults. If you have a different set of memory, swap it and test it in OCCT It has been observed that using multiple USB ports simultaneously or through a hub (consisting of one standard 500ma device and 2-4 ~150ma adapters) on UM773 can cause an overload of power draw. This overload can lead to the m.2 and USB controllers for the wifi/BT chip becoming unresponsive or unrecognizable. Ideally, each USB port should be capable of handling 500 ma of power, and the USB 4 port is advertised as being able to handle 3 Amps. However, if there are less than 1.2 amps of draw via a hub for either USB C port or when all the USB ports on the rear are used by low-power adapters, it can cause power issues and turn off wifi/BT features. To avoid this issue, it is recommended to use a powered hub. Each piece of hardware has passed a strict quality inspection and met the factory's standards before it is delivered to Minisforum. In addition, there is no difference in the warranty policies of these hardware suppliers.

Answer: Two 8GB memory modules. In the 32GB version, two 16GB memory modules are installed on the motherboard. MINISFORUM UM773 Lite is a mini PC with a Ryzen 7 7735HS Rembrandt-R processor - Liliputing Close Search for: Search

If there are any errors, they should appear in less than 10 minutes after running the program. If you notice games crashing, use the 3D Standard Test with high shader complexity. To test the stability of extended VRAM caches larger than 2GB, use the VRAM Test. Additionally, if you're experiencing random shutdowns during usage, use the Power tab to test the power delivery on the unit itself.

I would like to share my personal experience with the two Minisforum units that I have recently acquired. First and foremost, I have been thoroughly impressed with my UM690, which has exceeded my expectations, especially in gaming. I am also excited to explore the potential of my UM773. So far, I have not encountered any issues with either unit, and I am more than satisfied with their overall performance. If you have a fix or notice a problem with no fix please let me know in the comments below and I'll expand to this as necessary. You may be able to thank two things for that small uplift. The first is that the new chip’s CPU cores can hit speeds up to 4.75 GHz, a slight boost over the 4.7 GHz top speed for the previous-gen versions. The second is that AMD allows PC makers to set a default TDP for the new chip in the 35 to 54 watt range, and it seems like MINISFORUM opted for 54 watts. You must be in SAFE mode to correctly uninstall the older drivers fully. If you have corrupted drivers DDU will completely remove any traces of them so you can proceed with a fresh install. When in safe mode and with DDU up select " Clean and Restart". This should fully remove the older driver afterward rebooting into Windows out of safe mode. Reinstall the correct driver at this point.

Up to three monitors can be connected at the same time with a maximum resolution of one 8K@60Hz and two 4K@60Hz. Except for the barebones version, all versions come with Windows 11 Home pre-installed. The barebones version does not include RAM and SSD; therefore, it does not have pre-installed Windows 11 Home. The processor is the star of the show. While the AMD Ryzen 7 7735HS chip is just a modest upgrade over AMD’s previous-gen Ryzen 7 6800H or Ryzen 7 6800HS, MINISFORUM says the Ryzen 7 7735HS scores 5% better than a Ryzen 7 6800H chip Cinebench R23’s single-core benchmark and 8% better in multi-core performance. The Ryzen 7 6800H, meanwhile, has a 45-watt default TDP and the Ryzen 7 6800HS is set to 35 watts by default.
