Friends: at least Little Miss Inventor, Mr. Grumpy (sometimes), Little Miss Chatterbox (sometimes), Mr. Messy (sometimes), Mr. Mean, and Little Miss Bad Charles Roger Hargreaves was an English author and illustrator of children's books, notably the Mr. Men and Little Miss series, intended for very young readers. He is Britain's third best-selling author, having sold more than 100 million books.
Once during her daily walk Miss Giggles loses her giggle; Miss Giggles meets Mr. Happy, and they go to Dr. Makeyouwell. To solve the problem, Mr. Happy gives Little Miss Giggles a "giggle".

Mr. Rude, Little Miss Scary, and Little Miss Whoops are the first and so far only characters created by Adam Hargreaves to appear in animated form.
By 1976, Hargreaves had quit his day job. In 1981, the Little Miss series of books began to appear. It, too, was made into a television series in 1983, which was narrated by John Alderton, who, with Pauline Collins, voiced the Men and Misses, respectively. Although Hargreaves wrote many other children's stories, including the Timbuctoo series of twenty-five books, John Mouse, and the Roundy and Squary books, he is best known for his 46 Mr. Men books and 33 Little Miss books. Little Miss Sunshine has been published under the alternative titles of Madame Bonheur (French), Doña Sonrisas (Spanish), Unsere Sonja Sonnenschein (German), Mevrouwtje Zonnestraal (Dutch), Η Κυρία Γελαστούλα (Greek), Lèguān Xiǎojiě ( 樂觀小姐; Taiwan), Balga Yang ( 밝아양; Korean) and Menina Alegria (Portuguese).Little Miss Prim has also been published under the alternative titles of Madame Collet-Monté (French) and Η Kυρια Καθωσπρεπει (Greek). She appeared in The Mr. Men Show in season two; she was voiced by Reba West in the US version and Claire Morgan in the UK. She looked exactly as she did in the books (except for being a darker shade of blue), and sometimes her giggling got out of control. Little Miss Whoops is the 33rd book in the Little Miss series. Little Miss Whoops goes to visit her brother, Mr. Bump. Unfortunately, disasters happen.
