Korg may on occasions supply software programs, data files and/or documentation belonging to a third party or parties (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Third Party Software”). In the event that Korg offers an updated or upgraded version of the Licensed Program to you at any time, Korg’s obligation (and that of its distributors and dealers) to support previous versions of the Licensed Program shall cease 28 days following such updated or upgraded version being made available to you. All references to the Licensed Program shall mean the object code only of the program(s) comprising the Licensed Program. The nanoKEY Studio can connect not only via USB but also wirelessly. It's easy to connect to an iPad / iPhone music app such as KORG Gadget or Apple GarageBand, or to your Mac / Windows music production software. Nothing in this agreement shall affect the statutory rights of any person dealing with Korg as a consumer. The eight knobs provide versatile control of your software synthesizers, plug-in effects, and DAW mixer. The nanoKEY Studio provides a keyboard, knobs, trigger pads, and touch pad that lets you instantly convert your inspiration into sound. It is battery operated and can connect wirelessly to iPhone / iPad or Mac / Windows. It's a compact, mobile MIDI keyboard that is easy to travel with, allowing ease of use anytime, anywhere. This warranty shall however only apply to the latest version of the Licensed Program (provided that Korg has reasonably made such version available to you) and shall not apply to any previous version or versions of the Licensed Program. Korg warrants that the Licensed Program when properly used will provide the facilities and functions as described in the accompanying documentation but does not warrant that the operation of the Licensed Program will be uninterrupted or error-free.

The Octave Shift buttons – borrowed from Korg's MIDI controllers – allow the overall pitch to be shifted four levels, either UP or DOWN, in octave increments. When used in conjunction with the Key Transpose feature, the nanoKEY2 can access the entire range of the notes in the MIDI spectrum. For enhanced performances, the nanoKEY2 also provides Pitch Bend buttons, a Modulation button, and a Sustain button; one that's indispensable for piano or electric piano performance. For each of these buttons, the on/off switching speed can be specified over four levels (using Korg Kontrol Editor), ensuring smooth changes that are appropriate for your performance.In the event that Third Party Software is supplied, you agree to be bound by and to observe any terms and conditions relating to the use of such Third Party Software. Korg reserves the right to make modifications to the Licensed Program and to the support services set out in clause 7 of this agreement (referred to in this agreement as “the Services”) without prior notification to you.
