If you need to change an EU, EEA or Northern Ireland tachograph card to a GB tachograph card, you must apply by post. You must have lived in the UK for more than 6 months in the past year. Report a lost, stolen, damaged or faulty card Driver Card– This is a personal card, used by each driver only, to record their driving activities, rest and break times. Digital data and vehicle unit (VU) data can be stored on these cards. These cards cannot be shared or transferred.
