And that is quantum healing distilled to its core value. It’s a combination of the belief in yourself and/or the practitioner to affect an outcome in your life. It could be physical, mental or emotional. It doesn’t matter. Quantum healing is rooted in your belief to affect your health by creating new possibilities. For example, Chopra recounts the results of one experiment in which a group of mice was given a chemical known to stimulate the activity of the immune system. Every time a mouse received a dose of the chemical, the smell of camphor was released. After a few weeks, the smell of camphor alone was enough to stimulate the immune system cells. In some ways, you can think of it as a universal constant. In his ongoing work on the subject, Gregg Braden refers to it as the “Divine Matrix,” and Rupert Sheldrake calls it the “Morphogenetic Field.” Others may have their own interpretation. You may also… But they all refer to the same phenomenon – the quantum field. Quantum Healing is something of a catch-all name for spiritual healing. It’s become a commonly used term for modalities that can loosely be defined as energy work. Although quantum healing is largely based on your intentionality, it’s not a faith-based form of healing. You don’t need to be spiritual to get results. You just need to believe you can heal. It requires belief – not religion. If Chopra really believes it works, administer controlled tests and demonstrate that the method or treatment is repeatable and reproducible, just like any other treatment (he was, astonishingly, once an endocrinologist, so this is within his powers).
