The edition-specific software can be acquired in various ways - in Starter Packs, as physical stand-alone discs, or as digital downloads. If you’ve already done that, your item hasn’t arrived, or it’s not as described, you can report that to Etsy by opening a case. The two circular slots are for Figures, as well as Circular Power Discs, which can be stacked under the figures to give them special abilities. We take intellectual property concerns very seriously, but many of these problems can be resolved directly by the parties involved.

Xbox 360 and Xbox One each require their own proprietary Disney Infinity Base; they will not work with any other supported platform, or even with each other. Play Sets are campaign/story mode style games and only Figures that belong to that Play Set, or in the case of Marvel and Star Wars Play Sets, that general world, may be used in them.
