After experiencing the collection firsthand in Tulsa, each of the authors was asked to select a single item that beguiled or inspired them.

At lunchtime, we would go out to eat at the Brown Derby, Musso, and Franks, or some other local restaurant, and I got to observe all the activity that was occurring on Hollywood Boulevard.
