I mean they sure sell themselves well on their listing, but I wont get into the ins and outs of all that.

I’m telling you this story for two reasons, firstly as proof of just how sharp these knives are and just how well the self sharpening block works. Great knives - defective block The knives themselves are great BUT the knife block is of poor quality. The item may be missing its original packaging, or the original packaging has been opened or is no longer sealed. The built-in sharpeners are a great addition to not having to remember to sharpen the knives and they’re ready to use every time I need them.The knife block slots feel like they are made for a larger knife set and they don’t fit well, very loose and awkward. p>

The knives are made of high-quality 18/10 stainless steel with a tradtitional triple rivet handle for balance and comfort. Because at the end of the day, they can be made with whatever fancy techniques they want, the question is are they good?
