Pros: It made me consider cultural capital as a power dynamic in gentrification and how cultural power dynamics in shape personal taste. Didn't give this a 4* as it was written in a more academic styel than I personally like in non-fiction. The myths are "Gentrification is Natural", "is about Taste, Money, Class, Physical Displacement", "is a Metaphor", and "is Inevitable".
