About this deal

It still looks crisp, but doesn’t offer the best lighting experience compared to other Razer keyboards due to its inherent dimness. I used one at my work PC for some time, in no small part because it's spill-resistant, and that feature got put to the test on multiple occasions.

New: A brand-new, unused, unopened and undamaged item in original retail packaging (where packaging . Gaming Grade Keys With a soft cushioned touch: Our soft cushioned gaming keys provide comfort with better housing support compared to rubber dome keyboards, so every keypress is solid. The soft cushioned gaming keys mean this keyboard will create a quiet and tactile experience for late-night gaming sessions and optimise your gameplay. With its trusted Synapse 3 software and gorgeous Chroma lighting, not to mention a sturdy plastic frame, it’s a great option for the money.

Elsewhere, it has no wrist-rest, no media or macro keys, no USB pass-through and a 10-key rollover designation that won’t cope with high-end, fast-paced gaming. If you’re willing to save more, you can double the Cynosa Lite’s cost and get a mechanical keyboard. It could just be an isolated issue, but equally, I can't just pop it off and have a rummage around as I could on a mechanical keyboard.

Much like every other Razer product I’ve had my hands on, the software and lighting department is certainly where the Cynosa Lite gets one over on its rivals. Razer also, for some reason, decided to make the primary enter key smaller than the right-hand shift key. All system will come in AMD ( NV Inferno) and Intel ( NV Blast) platforms using only the best components and back up by our 3yrs warranty and free support. Offering minimal flex, the Cynosa Lite is a well-built budget option, presenting a design synonymous with more expensive models. They’re good enough for mainstream games, and their softer, comfortable typing action will be preferable for some users. There’s also ten-key rollover along with anti-ghosting, which is useful for preventing lost inputs during the heat of a firefight, or missed characters on that crucial piece of homework on Microsoft Word.

The Razer is one of the cheapest big-brand gaming keyboards around, which makes it ideal if you’re after a bargain. Compared to mechanical rivals, the Cynosa Lite could be seen to be lacking when it comes to precision and speed of inputs, although this isn’t really a deal-breaker unless you’re a typing or gaming purist. In addition, with the Cynosa Lite offering up only subdued lighting effects, RGB junkies may come away disappointed. Gamers will traditionally lean towards mechanical keyboards with good reason, but they're also pretty loud, and can be expensive. Once you have removed all the old skates from the base your mouse, give the surface a clean by using rubbing alcohol (Isopropyl).

However, if you’re looking for an affordable and great all-rounder gaming keyboard to raise your game both in the office and on the battlefield, then the Cynosa Lite is certainly worth considering. The Cynosa Lite is also spill-resistant, and while I haven't yet dropped a cup of coffee on this one, based on prior experience, I'm going to assume it handles it like a trooper. The Logitech G213 Prodigy is around five dollars or pounds more expensive, and the SteelSeries Apex 3 is around ten dollars or pounds more. Consoles - Comes with moderate signs of Wear, Marks, Dents, Scuffs, Scratches or Chips on the casing.
