As a guide: a 45cm skirt is a 'substantial mini', a 53cm skirt should sit 'above the knee', a 57cm skirt and a 102cm dress should sit below the knee'. It's got all the charming, traditional details including diamond quilting, cord collar and trims, zip and popper fastening.
