The band is turning on and reading my heart rate, I synced it to my Endomondo app to see my heart rate while I'm in the gym. The colour-coded guidance helped me to run more efficiently without stressing about how my numbers compared to anyone else’s, allowing me to fully focus on my own training. I do like this app, but there does seem to be an issue with it when workouts completed via the myzone console at my local gym, and writing them to Apple Health. If I’m doing a workout using the myzone console (a blaze class for example) I generally won’t bother having my iPhone or Apple Watch with me. This excellent piece of equipment has changed my life after a heart attack, as it has been an incentive to get fit by setting targets for myself.
