It left the skin VERY hydrated and not sticky at all, on the contrary, it absorbed super well and kept the face hydrated for a long time. I suffer from very dry, dehydrated skin and fancied a change from my usual expensive moisturiser and this seemed a good choice. It can hold on to water molecules, helping to hydrate the skin, acting like a sponge and soaking up to 1,000 times its weight in water. They also appreciate the moisturizing effect, saying that it leaves their skin feeling hydrated and fresh.

Hydra genius is a liquid care moisturiser which you use on a daily basis in the morning and/or evening. Love using it after a face mask, it really sinks into my skin well but keeps it really well hydrated! Apply daily morning and evening, alone or after your serum, apply one pump of Hydra Genius Normal to Dry Skin to the face and neck.Classic creams contain more oil than water, whereas liquid care treatments contain more water than oil. They say it leaves their skin feeling hydrated and fresh, it works for their dry skin, and the smooth blend of aloe vera compliments the moisturizer well. Aloe Vera soothes and calms, reducing redness and relieving irritation while encouraging a more comfortable skin texture. I gave it a fair trial and used it during the day with moisturiser and the same at night but everytime it left me just dry and flakey.
