There were rumours of an old bottle of Deathly Pale Ale in Southwold’s Red Lion, and the idea was to make something that resembled it.

Originally crafted as a seasonal Halloween beer, Ghost Ship has now found its place as a year-round core beer, and you can experience it in the comfort of your home with PerfectDraft. NMB was set up after seeing a gap in the market for a national supplier of rental drinks dispensers.

Expect the flavours of lemon, lime and elderflower which finish off with the caramel and biscuit flavours of the malt. Our Adnams mini-kegs contain around eight pints, or five litres, of delicious award-winning beer; making them perfect for parties, barbecues, or celebratory gatherings. We brew all the beer onsite in Southwold but we can currently only package cask beer, so bottle, can and keg are sent out for filtration and packaging. Appearance: Pours a captivating golden hue, topped with a frothy white head, showcasing the classic pale ale look. A blend of Citra and other American hop varieties provide Ghost Ship's bold citrus flavours of lemon and lime, aromatic elderflower notes, and that famous hoppy finish. After encountering similar issues, the beer remained pale, but the design was reviewed and thoughts turned to shipwrecks and ghost stories.
