This product is super sticky and sweet, is NOT a passion fruit purée but more of a thickened syrup, split in my martini into a horrible unbearable texture and considering it was the only ingredient change in my mix, I’m assuming is the reason my martini didn’t create any foam. Use funkin pro instead or blend your own purée from fresh passion fruits(drive out the seeds though!
