About this deal

One Thursday lunchtime the Earth gets unexpectedly demolished to make way for a new hyperspace bypass. Amber with her broken arms and legs, George with his recently removed tonsils, Robin with his bandaged eyes, and poor little Sally, the youngest and sickest in the Ward. It deals with loneliness, friendship, parental abandonment, physical deformity, sickness and even death. Things go from bad to worse when he meets the wicked matron in charge of the children’s ward… But Tom is about to embark on the most thrilling journey of a lifetime! The midnight gang will be on my children nightstand for Avery long time because and that's what make it a great children book.

Sir Michael Caine knows a thing or two about gangs: whether that’s joining one as a kid, or playing them in movies for over 50 years. To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Our Non-Fiction Range includes: Academic, Photography, Audio books, Business, Cook Books, Craft Books, Health and Fitness Books, Mind, Body, Spirit (Tarot). He was left as an orphan on the steps of Lord Funt Hospital, so he has no other name, except Porter, his job is just that, a Porter to move people and things around the hospital. He has gone on to take the children’s literary world by storm, dominating sales charts and twice winning the National Book Awards Children’s Book of the Year. Nelly is calm, but yet still brings a lot of adventure to the play, as she is in one of the main scenes, when she floats away.

I hope you'll make yourself at home in my little corner of the internet with it's 'pretty things', tips and reviews and my random musings on life. The Midnight Gang tells an extraordinarily heart-warming and, of course, funny story of five children on a hospital ward – all on a quest for adventure! When Emily heard I’d been given the chance to review David Walliams’ latest children’s fiction novel, The Midnight Gang, she was absolutely delighted.

He soon realises he’s there because he has been hit on the head with a cricket ball at St Willet’s Boarding School for Boys and, after being assessed by a doctor not much older than himself, he is moved to the Children’s Ward. I like this scene because it takes your mind off the midnight gang for a moment and all the characters on stage are laughing and happy. David Walliams, who has often been compared to Roald Dahl, creates many characters in a humorous way using stereotypes. David began his publishing career at HarperCollins in early 2008 with his debut novel, The Boy in the Dress, followed by Mr Stink in 2009, Billionaire Boy in 2010 and Gangsta Granny in 2011.The Midnight Gang tells an extraordinarily heart-warming and, of course, funny story of five children in a hospital ward – and on a quest for adventure! But through self-discipline, mental toughness, and hard work, Goggins transformed himself from a depressed, overweight young man with no future into a US Armed Forces icon and one of the world's top endurance athletes.
