It's similar to the sweet licorice in lolita lempicka mon premier and mon guerlain intense, two other perfumes that I love.

I'd never smelled anything similar, save for Juice Bar Cotton Candy (I turned all the waitresses onto it in 2001 at the restaurant I worked at. I expected a little too much out of this and I am so disappointed now that I've finally got my hands on it.The name of this scent is perfect: it is like happy sunshine in a bottle that is simultaneously creamy and comforting on the skin. I have been going through a nostalgic phase and wanted to regress back to my teenage days of VS Pink body sprays and sweet scents. liked at first- mainly picked up on the sugar, coconut and white florals but for some reason after using it for a month or so i started to pick up on a burnt rubber/gasoline/plastick-y note that ruined this for me. I don't really get any of those added notes in a distinct way; they kind of mash together to just give this overall "tropical" vibe. There is a few tone to the white florals as there usually is, I dont get much in the way of coconut - however when I checked the notes, the coconut could be the coconut water flavour as a smell.

It has a powdery, almost astringent ozone taste that reminds me of PEZ candy or children's chewable acetaminophen. I'm not opposed to yellow florals in general but the way they're done here is more aromatherapy and less perfumery. I wasn’t sure if it was the perfume or my nose that changed so I tested it side by side with Vahines once again.Tonka beans give it some depth, the dry down gets a bit woody which I like but not as much as the licorice note here. I don't get as much coconut in this as some others do, to my nose this isn't a coconut gourmand, just a tropical scent that has some coconut blended in with the ylang ylang and tiare.
