To be honest, mum and dad enjoy watching it too as we find the characters quite entertaining and the banter between them very amusing.

Our children are big Octonauts fans, and so are delighted to be able to watch all the episodes again (and again, and again.The Octonauts and some helpless crabs are caught between two territorial groups of aggregatin anemones - and their numbers are growing. Led by Captain Barnacles Bear, Lieutenant Kwazii Cat, Medic Peso Penguin and the other heroes travel through the sea helping various creatures and making new discoveries. The first time we watched it, Hazel was scared of the "Great White Shark" but I found after learning more about them, she was not as afraid. Having gone from allowing Hazel to watch very small amounts of television to watching much more after switching schools, I tend to really pay attention to what she is watching.

I really like that they also teach about the importance of team work, problem solving, and to always keep trying.
