I have 100+ fragrances and as i mentioned before, this fragrance has no wow factor, so i've only worn it 3-4 times(4 sprays each time worn). The pepper becomes less and less present shifting way to the base that comes through after three to four hours on my skin; a clean vanilla/amber and musk scent added with an elegancy by the sandalwood. I bought three 100ml bottles a while back from FragranceX and realised that the last of those really had no fragrance at all. Lanvin L'Homme is a lovely subtle, elegant, clean, fresh perfume bearing its creator's hallmark of class.

This truly shares similarites to 212 Men by CH, however, I hold Lanvin L'Homme as a more mature version of 212. He still has to move out of my collection, but if you feel like synthetic-aquatic freshness with a portion of herbal spice, you are well served with this representative of the late 90s. It may lack the name recognition of its more widely known '90s kin - Acqua di Gio, L'eau D'Issey et al - but it is by no means inferior.
