A large part of the vineyards, typical of the region, is planted with the grape variety Glera, which in the past was also known as Prosecco itself and is the basis for the sparkling wine.

It goes perfectly with vegetable salad with beetroot, spaghetti with yoghurt-mint pesto or fruity endive salad. If we have many of the same product available, the photo represents the less well preserved of them. White sparkling wine made from 100% Glera grapes grown in Italian vineyards in the famous Prosecco Doc extra dry wine region. This is Giovanni Corvezzo, also known as the "Happy farmer" committed to promoting a more sustainable agriculture and producing 100% Organic wines. The family’s winery and vineyard (154 hectares) are located near Treviso, between the Dolomites and the Adriatic Sea, which is a perfect area for the production of organic grapes.If a chosen vintage is no longer available, a comparable vintage of the same wine may be substituted. The winery was originally founded in 1960 by Maria and Giovanni Corvezzo in the village of Cessalto. Wines from these growing regions, which are vinified according to the guidelines of Prosecco production, are allowed to bear the label "Prosecco Superiore". An enticing combination of the popular Brut Dargent, made using the traditional Méthode traditionnelle method of bottle ageing, and a bitter liqueur with a natural orange aroma.
