It essentially smells like a slightly masculine take on luxury hand cream, like the toiletries you might find in a nice hotel. It smells really nice and I'd recommend it if you're looking for a fragrance that's going to be refreshing in hot weather or at the gym.

It flirts with being unisex, but has just enough wood and spice to make it more of a mens fragrance.Known for its iconic green crocodile logo, the French brand offers modern clothing and shoes for men, women and kids with a sport-inspired aesthetic. As the grapefruit fades in the dry down it becomes a much more balanced "dryer-sheet" smell between the sweet grapefruit and ambiguous generic green and leather notes. I also agree with the statement it smells like fresh clothes (which I personally find a very pleasing smell).

I just wished it was stronger and longer lasting (not saying that its weak) but performance is very average. It's a "scent bubble" type of fragrance and will leave a pleasant scent trail, but only for a couple of hours. It is very light and don't trouble yourself with the base notes - you're not likely going to be getting any of those anyway since they're almost non-existent. Blanc/White alone, or together with Essential, would be your boating, beach, hot weather, out in the summer sun scents. The top notes I smell are ylang-ylang and and tuberose and the base note which dominates Lacoste Blanc is a soapy grapefruit.
It has a little bit of a tropical, suntan lotion vibe, but don't get me wrong, this is a very good quality white floral freshie. There are few florals that can be pulled off by men imo and this is certainly one of the better ones. Blanc for men opens with bracing, refreshing top notes of grapefruit laced with spicy cardamom and rosemary, to reveal an unexpected, passionate heart of Mexican tuberose. It works best for me as my signature scent even though it's one of the moderately inexpensive fragrances from my closet.It opens with the fresh, zesty top notes of mandarin orange paired with a unique spice of turmeric, introducing a tangy yet earthy scent that commands attention. Whenever I smell this scent I just have a picture of palm trees, a hammock, tropical fruits and an ice cold cocktail to go along with it. Jaune Men EDT is a short-lived, sparkly, soda-like citrus and spicy fragrance; Lacoste Eau De Lacoste L. It’s for a bright summer day whether you’re wondering in the streets on your white polo and shades or a lunch day with your significant other, it is the fragrance to reach out for.
