I have had my copy for a few weeks now and I can honestly say it lives up to and surpasses the quality and content of its predecessor. I found that I actually liked Imagimorphia even more than Animorphia – which was difficult to do as I so enjoyed his first book in this series.

Featuring amazing artwork from talented illustrator Kerby Rosanes, Imagimorphia: 20 Posters to Colour is the perfect way to display incredible colouring creations.I have no problem getting the pages to open on the UK version because they are sewn rather than glued. They are not even "my thing" and I could look at them over and over and not considered my money wasted, even if I didn't color ONE page. I'd purchased both as gifts for others (guys in their 20s) and imagimorphia so enjoyable that this 50 year old may just get one for herself! I do wish the double page spreads weren't so difficult to get to in the spine; spiral or lay flat binding on this book would be a dream. Imagimorphia is packed full of intricate images of stunning creatures and landscapes morphing and shapeshifting into Kerby's signature, breathtaking scenes.

for example, "fill in the wings", "fill page with BLANK" I want to color, not draw (unless I choose to do so) and do not want someone tell me what to do. These include a frog wearing a crown, Edvard Munch's 'The Scream', a Carriage clock and various playing cards, which are all displayed at the back of the book so you have a reference to colour when you've found them.Most of his works are characterized by whimsical lines, patterns, characters, and little elements that are spontaneously combined to create massive compositions depicting his everyday experiences or anything that inspires him. I'm certainly a fan of Animorphia but did find it tedious at times that all of the images were animals, all with the same little alien doodles.

If I didn't have access to the UK version, I would have been okay with the US one but I still would have been a little bit unhappy with a couple of issues. It is obvious what one "can do" if one chooses to do so, thus for me the "instructions" messed up nearly every page. The designs are all the same though there is a slight switch up of pages in the title and bookplate pages between the two versions.In 2014, Kerby left his job as a graphic designer from a local company to finally pursue his passion: creating more art for personal projects and for clients while collaborating with other artists, global brands and design agencies around the world. Imagimorphia is an amazing adult coloring book challenge featuring his trademark strange and super-detailed images, and perfect for coloring then posting on the wall or framing.
