There was a glitch at one point that allowed any free player to claim the mask despite the message appearing. In unflappable style, you can become a beautiful aquatic creature by wearing our sleek, stunning Fish Head Mask. However, the emote can also be used while performing other tasks such as teleporting, offering at a POH altar, fishing, cooking, etc. I used a thicker cardboard which made the bends a little tougher but I thought it would make it more durable.
