About this deal

Conversely, they may get the easy job of swapping the positions of two tiles (for example, A and F), or two tiles of their own choice. Disclaimer: We received our copy of Baffled as a raffle prize at Blog On Toys as it had been entered into the Blog On Toy Awards.

It’s an active, frenetic, fun-filled feast of a game for kids of all ages – oh, and the last one standing is the winner! Most purchases from business sellers are protected by the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 which give you the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after the day you receive the item. In Baffled, players take it in turns rolling the dice and moving their elephant piece clockwise around the board. It’s not all hard work though; when another player is head-scratching over a tricky symbol and pulls off one of the covers to see if they were correct, you’ve all learnt something whether your opponent got it right or wrong (though incorrect answers from other players are always a bonus! The players begin by placing their markers on the board and then proceed to roll the six-sided dice and move accordingly, a-la Monopoly, the corresponding number of places on the track.

What Baffled brings to the game is the board with different action squares and the plastic covers that hide the tiles, yet the necessity of these elements is questionable. It's a fairly simple concept, however throughout the board you are instructed to switch symbol tiles making it harder to remember where they are! We’ve been testing out another new board game, kindly sent to us courtesy of Playtime PR, and we really love it so wanted to share it with you! We were playing with three adults and one child, and gave the adults 3 lives each and Oskar got 5 lives. The main focus of the game is to remember the position of tiles, hidden under the plastic covers and to be able to name them correctly as play progresses.By signing up you agree to Crafty Arts Ltd using your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We were particularly impressed that the game even suggested strategies to help children (and grown ups) remember the tiles. Fun for all the family and cleverly designed so that children and adults have an equal chance of winning. You have just 60 seconds to memorise the positions of the 12 symbol tiles… BUT prepare to be Baffled as they constantly swap and change positions around the board! My eldest was especially good at bluffing and challenging and also making up plausible answers to questions he really didn’t know the answers too.
