This Gin has those comforting flavours of a warm Rhubarb Pie mixed with just a hint of Ginger to add that little spice!

It's based at the foot of Aber Falls in Abergwyngregyn, which means the distillery has an exceptional water source. When drunk neat, we felt the tongue-tingling warmth from the ginger, backed up with just a touch of black pepper.
