I don't know if he got a bad bottle or if they changed the formulation of this but it definetly didn't smell like the OG 212 Sexy that i used to rock back in the day. Longevity is decent, at around 6-10 hours with quite a bit of variation in my experience and projection can also vary with generally nothing more than moderate projection on my skin. The fragrance has some important opening to dry-down changes, first, the opening is brief, unimpressive and mostly citrus and green, these notes are short-lived, in just a moment the vanilla comes up with a sweet aromatic note, then the Guaiac Wood develops adding a projecting and leathery note, finally the sandalwood and amber add a sweet resinous touch. I can say that 212 Men don't have much similarities to Stronger With You, Aramni Code (unless that is the whole spicy scent thing) or has a BO feel.

The sweetness and likely musky flower mid-dry down works better for me than the opening, which is bright and clubbing inspiring. From this point on 212 Sexy turns into a skin scent and though quite pleasing and appealing and with a spicier, subtler sexiness than Le Male can manage, the spices seem out of balance slightly and not completely in accord with the vanilla and amber, which has created a harshness on some skin.
