The duration is approximately 6 hours, spread over 4 weeks and can be done in your own time and at your own pace.

We now have a shared dialogue, which was missing before, and real consistency, there are still big challenges but we understand them better.The way we perceive behaviour, how we think about it, what we expect from a child, and our beliefs about how they should behave have a direct impact on how we feel.
