The appellation Prosecco DOC is part of the region of Venetie from Italie which include FIOL and its 3 cuvées. The winemaking tradition in Veneto dates back to the Roman era, and the region has been producing wine for over 2,000 years. The vineyards are located in the area of the flood plain of the Piave river and are exposed towards the east and north-west. Lively and refreshing, combining savoury and sweet flavours, ending on notes of Mediterranean spices and lemons.
