I get great longevity with my newer batch of Aventus, actually slightly better than this, but cdnim does project quite a bit more. This fragrance easily lasts 12+ hours in the warm weather and projects a powerfull 2 meter bubble around you for the first 2 or 3 hours, then resides within arms reach for most of the total 12 hours it's on you.

I blind bought this fragrance because of the countless good reviews it has promising lots of compliments. The scent, like a hidden treasure waiting to be discovered, boasts a remarkable balance of power and subtlety. This citrus start lasts for about 20 minutes to a half hour, projecting very boldly before INTENSE MAN smokey, birchy elements start to claim more space in the composition. There’s a small window where I find the scent BEAUTIFUL (after drydown, for the following 20 minutes) but then after that it smells overwhelmingly synthetic and cloying. Aventus being one of my signature scents since early 2011 I must admit I am definitely enjoying CDNIM and all its other flankers.This is a bold, confident and unique evening aroma and not something that I could imagine being worn in the daytime, it fits it’s namesake perfectly.

This perfume was released in 2013, and you are going to love it from the first moment you get a whiff. Some people think the opening is off-putting, but the blast of lemon you get from the EDT, and lemon/pineapple combo from the EDP, smell fantastic to me. But now I really can’t say that the difference between this 7/19 batch and my Aventus samples matters. Interestingly, it wasn't just in the opening, the lemon pledge smell never went away for the duration of its life span and despite my attempts to live with it, I just couldn't.Bought this on a whim since I had heard this is meant to replicate (to an extent the same scent as creed aventus), didn't really believe it till I got it in-hand and it smells amazing!

I can always sniff it out (pun intended) and recognize it in any fragrance and that is just a deal breaker for me. Also, I still have a a few ml left of a 100ml bottle of Aventus from 2017 that doesn't last half as long as this even when I got it new that same year.

Funny thing is I love cassis note in fragrances but here paired with the green apple and pineapple notes it's a killer vibe combo for me! I got the EDT today,very bad opening its like when you smell fresh lemon,but how time goes its better and better,but too much synthetic that make it bad on first smell.
