KC:D is one of my favourite games of all time but it was also buggy as hell with ridiculous pop ups and load times on base PS4, this is what I was referring to in my previous comment. In Neokitsch, the rich use scarce materials, such as wood and marble, to construct their buildings, and wear clothes from animals. Aside from a handful of standout glitches — like characters spawning on top of one another and then floating in mid-air together — it's honestly not that bad. Cyberpunk 2077 fares much, much better on the PS5 (although, of course, it’s never going to compete with a version of the game running natively on the console).

EDIT: I’m playing on PS5 and I just had another very brief go and noticed a fair bit of pop-in and also quite noticeable change in LOD in the distance whilst driving.

Feel sorry for PS4/4pro owners that will get an always lesser experience, regardless of any future patches.
