There are lots of very interesting and tasty recipes in this book, and I’m sure everyone who loves food will find inspiration here. I have been looking forward to Sabrina Ghayour’s new book, Simply, ever since I knew she was writing it… Every page is an invitation to cook. They are very versatile and would make good conversation with just about anything else on your plate. From ‘Traditions with a Twist’ I started with butternut borani as this is one of my favourite side dishes.The ‘Date and ginger chicken wings’ were a winner too, even though I was initially a little apprehensive about the amount of ginger. I haven’t yet cooked anything from this one just yet, but I can’t wait to jump into the kitchen and cook my way through Simply! The author provides many vegetarian options, and the dishes with meat, chicken, and fish are heavy on grains and vegetables.
