About this deal

Easihold is air drying so it is important that you do not over-saturate the area being treated. Leave the first coat to dry for 24 hours or until fully dry before applying a second coat. This bundle contains 1 x 5 litres of Easihold and 4 x 25kg bags of washed and dried decorative aggregate which are mixed together either in full or in proportional mixes. Not all stones are suitable for Easihold application. Stones between 4mm and 10mm in diameter work the best, but even stones up to 20mm can work well if angular and clean. You can read more about suitable stones in our blog here. We recommend to top-up your Easihold fixed stones annually to maintain stability and for an even more robust finish, we also produce a range of resin-bound surfacing products.

Big screens – it’s easier to see the number or person that is ringing, make sure that the screen has a light too so it can be seen in the dark. For those preferring to use a watering can, ensure there is a fine rose head fitted to the spout before applying. It’s then a simple task of pouring some of the ready-to-use EasiHold resin into the can before applying it to the gravelled surface. We are proud to have formulated and patented a leading new product for DIY users worldwide. We manufacture Easihold at our factory in East Yorkshire, UK. We don't white label or re-sell imported products. Finally, they are both hearing aid compatible, so those who have to use hearing aids can still use them – perfect phone for use in an emergency. Tips On Choosing A ‘Big Button’ Cordless Phone Easihold can be poured on from a watering can. We recommend using a maximum of 1 litre per 1.2m² and 1x5 Litre Jerry can covers 6-8m² using Pour On Method per coat, ensuring your stones are evenly coated. Easihold coats the stones in a thin film, and leaves the stones capable of being penetrated by water as normal. Landline phones also don’t need credit to work, if a mobile has no credit then it can’t make any phone calls (apart from 999).

Easihold can be applied using three easy methods, each suited to a different type of application. You can pour it on, spray it on or mix it in. On this project, there’s a small area of loose gravel outside the kitchen door of a semi-rural property. It’s nothing grand or particularly special. It measures about 10 square metres and there’s a handful of flagstones set into the gravel to make it safer and easier for the homeowners, their children, and the family pets to enter and leave the building via that kitchen door. The area to be treated with the EasiHold system and a decorative marbleSpraying is more efficient because the Easihold will go further, but this method requires an airless sprayer. We recommend to use up to 1 litre per 2.8m² and 1x5 Litre Jerry can cover 12-14m² using Spray On Method per coat. First, you spread the selected gravel or aggregate. Then you spray it with the EasiHold. Then…errr…that’s it! Job done. There is no more to do. C’est finis! The ringtone itself is loud at 80 decibels, meaning that you should be able to hear it from wherever you are in the house.

This is a DIY friendly bundle. Mix a little at a time to suit your needs. The working time is 1 hour, and it is possible to re-seal the Easihold tub and use at a later date. Easihold is perfect for use on new or existing stones. Dirt and silt deposits ought to be washed off prior to application - and ensure the weather conditions are good for the 48 hours post application. Vulnerable projects, those at risk of being disturbed by over-eager kids or excitable pets should be fenced off for the first 24 hours or so to prevent the still-curing surface being disturbed. We recommend using 2 applications of Easihold when applying by the Pour On or Spray On method for the strongest finish. Ensure that the first coat has been allowed to fully dry - and don't saturate! Easihold can be spray applied using a standard airless sprayer. For the spray application, you can double the coverage area of 1 litre of Easihold – covering up to 2 m2 per litre. The one main consideration with this method, and all methods of application of Easihold is over saturation. Easihold is air drying - application of excessive amounts of Easihold will leave the surface wet and unbonded. Ensuring they have a landline telephone is one of the best options here, to allow them to live independently but also have help to hand should they need it.
