About this deal

Majora's Mask was once one of the more overlooked Zelda games but has enjoyed a resurgence in popularity. Its darker themes, unique time travel premise, and undeniably unique world still resonate with players today. That makes this one of the best Zelda collectibles out there. It's dangerous to go alone; take this amiibo! Pixel Fabric, Hero Armor, Sword of the Hero, knight's broadsword, soldier's shield, knight's shield Chest Items: One time summon of Epona (the only way she can be obtained in the game, register immediately), a chance of one of the three pieces of the Hero of Twilight Set ( Cap of Twilight, Tunic of Twilight, Trousers of Twilight), potentially any of an assortment of swords, shields, and elemental arrows

Whistle (same way Link calls to a horse) to interrupt Wolf Link's current action and have him return to Link. Since he can only be targeted to tell him to stay when he is close, this is helpful. A last ditch effort to get him to return is to resummon him with the amiibo, which will work even if he is still currently summoned. This is recommended if he is about to get himself killed chasing a Guardian Stalker for instance, as those can kill even a 20-heart Wolf Link in two hits. And if all else fails, to keep him alive - and so avoid the daily timer before he can be summoned again following a death - warp somewhere. As long as Wolf Link is still alive when Link warps, he can be resummoned. Daruk is the Goron Champion who piloted the Divine Beast Vah Rudania. His amiibo will give you a selection of ore as well as a treasure chest. This chest will either give you a Stone Smasher with a bonus trait or the Vah Rudania Divine Helm. This helmet gives you the Flame Guard Level 1 ability. Wolf Link has a default health of 3 hearts, however, using the game Twilight Princess HD, his maximum health can be increased. To do so, collect as many Pieces of Heart and Heart Containers as possible in Twilight Princess HD, and then use the Wolf Link amiibo to run the Cave of Shadows in that game. The health remaining at the end of the trial will become the maximum health in Breath of the Wild. Note that the best method (for Breath of the Wild's sake) is to first collect the maximum of 20 hearts (all heart containers and pieces) before ever entering the Cave of Shadows, the 5-level trial, and use the Wolf Link amiibo to heal Link immediately before completing the trial. If the 15 and 30-level versions are also completed, all three results are recorded on the amiibo, and Breath of the Wild will use the highest result of the three. Potential Chest Items: A chance of one of the three pieces of the Fierce Deity Set ( Fierce Deity Mask, Fierce Deity Armor, Fierce Deity Boots), Fierce Deity Sword, assorted weapons, elemental arrows I'm also disappointed that the once-per-day restriction applies to Epona, since you're not gaining anything new by having the horse summoned repeatedly, assuming it only allows one in the game at a time. I was kind of hoping I could use the amiibo to summon my horse anywhere in the world, rather than the extremely limited whistling they put in the game that is all but useless and makes horses completely impractical to bother with.Revali is the Rito Champion who piloted the Divine Beast Vah Medoh. His amiibo will give you fruit and arrows. Inside the treasure chest that drops from the sky you’ll either find a Falcon Bow with a bonus trait or the Vah Medoh Divine Helm. This helmet gives you the Cold Resistance Level 1 ability. After turning on amiibo in the system menu, a new amiibo Rune will be in the rune menu, all the way to the right. Use this rune and target an open spot on the ground. This preps the game to receive an amiibo. Tap the amiibo figure to the controller as usual to activate the amiibo. The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild has just received some new amiibo based off the four Champions in the game who fought against Calamity Ganon alongside Link – Mipha, Daruk, Revali and Urbosa. Just like the other Zelda amiibo these will give you loot drops in the game that have a chance of giving you some exclusive equipment (alongside other goodies). Divine Beast Helmets Tapping this behemoth of an amiibo will drop a chest that will randomly drop Guardian Weapons and Shields. Even better, there's the chance that the quality of the drop will be above normal. Guardian gear is some of the best in the game. They have high offensive and defensive capabilities and have good durability. Even better, there's a chance that the Guardian will drop rare items like Ancient Cores and Ancient Arrows.

For example, scanning the Majora’s Mask Link amiibo grants you the chance to themed fabric for your paraglider, or the Fierce Deity set. Beyond that, amiibo often also have a theme running through their respective characters — such as most Link amiibo dropping a type of generic sword, or Zelda amiibo granting minerals, herbs and flowers. Image: Nintendo Of course, with or without amiibo, Breath of the Wild is still one of the best games on the Nintendo Switch. Still we recommend grabbing the Link amiibo from the Super Smash Bros line. It boasts many goodies, including Epona, Link's ride for the last 20 years. Epona is one of the best horses in the game with impressive stats and will get you to where you need fast. Sword-Spirit Fabric, Sky Armor, White Sword of the Sky, knight's broadsword, knight's shield, soldier's shield The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom has amiibo support, including previous Zelda amiibo figures and a new version of Link specific to the game. By scanning amiibo, you can get special armor pieces, weapons, and paraglider fabric.

amiibo can only be used once per real-life day. This seems to reset at midnight based on the time settings on the console. All amiibo will work with Breath of the Wild, even ones that are not related to the Zelda series. However, non-Zelda amiibo will simply give random items and have no specific exclusives. Update: Okay, it turns out you can get around that limitation by reloading a save from before using the amiibo, so now I can confirm that the horse fails to summon if you're in Zora's Domain and presumably other locations where horses can't travel.
