About this deal

Guys, it’s no secret that the big perfume labs splice openings, mids and bases of best sellers so that they can sell you the same fragrance again and again and again without triggering any major negative feedback about copycat fragrances. I hope like another poster stated, that this is actually good, otherwise YSL may as well give it a rest until they come up with something good for a change. Overspray is an option with this one and I always spray the clothes as well (from some distance) to push this further. When i smelt it from the cap, I got hints of La Nuit, but when its sprayed on my skin, I cannot smell it at all.

The scent: The spiciness of the ginger and cardamom is very apparent right after spraying, however after it dries down, it maintains a very nice powdery/lavender scent.

It's like the original la nuit but with something else, something more sweet in the opening with a twist.

As everyone knows they are very similar, BE i would say more sparkly, bright ginger coming through then OG,OG maybe a little bit more woody and aromatic but i am not 100% sure i have them on both my hands and they are very similar. You might not be saving the world, but you'll certainly be turning heads while you navigate your own epic journey of style and scent. Now if this fragrance could incorporate some La Nuit de L'Homme DNA into that "blue" vibe than it may very well be an interesting fragrance!

Maybe 50 - 60 degree weather (that's fahrenheit ) Its fresh, its spicy and its sweet, not too sweet and is very easy to like. No, its not ultra daring, and it does stay close to the original L'hommes, but if you like Ultra Male and Eros then I definitely recommend this one. All they had to do was keep the cardamom and you'd have a warmer LNDL with a sweeter more deductive vanilla/tonka base in lieu of the dominant lavender of the OG.

La nuit de l'homme bleu electrique" is probably as close to the La nuit of the very first years as it is possible to get. The only time I've ever had anyone smell this on me is when I'm in the car with them within an hour of spraying. Created by Dominique Ropion, Anne Flipo and Juliette Karagueuzoglou, the heart notes of the men’s fragrance develop next.If the original La Nuit de l'Homme is an intimate/date night only type fragrance to you, this leans more towards an everyday/ every occasion "Blue" type of scent. The thing that intrigued me so much about this release was an almost lost memory of a fragrance that YSL almost single-handedly buried many years ago. for a frag that is so fking similar to absurdly cheaper and older frags (like the blue guess or riflesso by trussardi), the hype looks really as a slapstick comedy. Although Bleu Electrique is more a fall/spring fragrance to me, it is wearable during the cooler summer days. Fast forward to around 2017 maybe 18 and I began to realize how much the projection and longevity changed throughout the years.

For people who have long had a preference for fragrances are probably not rather blown away because it is already a rather familiar fragrance, but: For fans of this series and for people who are looking for an absolute Crowdpleaser without much risk will find here an absolutely great fragrance. If you don't count the Parfum which was not great but okay, The Frozen one which I quite liked and the L'Intense which was pretty poor. The mandarin orange, lemon, and green apple create a sweet, fruity, sour, sharp, and delectable note, but short-lived, it comes and quickly goes away. For a few days after work I've been spraying myself just to test the 2023 LNDLH and Bleu Electrique(I want to see if it's worth getting a back up or just stick to the original). Wearing "La Nuit de L'Homme Bleu Électrique" is like having a personal theme song follow you around, turning every mundane moment into a cinematic experience. It relies on the cardamom + ginger combo (also some lavender in there), which gives it a very earthy/gentle vibe to me.
