About this deal

Bought this as the property I bought had been rented and the taps were in a right state but I've use this three times and there starting to look like new I followed the instructions carefully and used ethyl alcohol to degrease a chip on a ceramic sink. I left the compound in place for 12 hours and then very slowly sandpapered the surface ...do not rush this bit or you can have pullout. I really took my time and then used the finest paper (supplied in the kit) which polishes the surface. The chip is virtually invisible. Needless to say I was pleased. Its a good product .but you really have to take your time. Brilliant worked wonders on my taps they look brand new I would recommend this spray it’s fabulous thankyou plumbworld Thanks for the advice - I'll try the repair again with more careful preparation when I have the chance :)

Looked at the previous review before buying. Highly recommended, colour slightly brighter than my shower tray but better than the chip. Will add a comment later after using the shower for a couple of months. Followed instructions so the repair should last. I'd highly recommend this product, especially for all DIY sealant jobs around the home. Easily cleaned. Reduces silicone waste too. Really no mess...and hassle free to use. Handy box to keep profile tools clean, accessible and damage free! lt;li>Damaged area must be clean, dry and free from grease. Remove loose pieces and rust.
The kit can be applied for up to seven average size repairs: 2 components: filling compound with hardener, spatula, sand paper for the repair of ceramic, enamel and acrylic surfaces, repair spray. As an inexperienced diyer using this kit was relatively easy. You can achieve amazing results but if you've never been good with silicone sealant I recommend you watch a couple of you tube clips of a guy using this exact profiling tool. He explains everything and shows exactly what you should or shouldn't do. I found it invaluable. Finally, a tool to get behind the very tight fitting taps would have been the icing on the cake.

This product removes water Mark's and limescale in a very gentle way, and has kept my tap and sink sparkling clean. It costs more the some other products but it's worth it. The only thing that I would caution against is using the saw tooth tool to remove old silicone because if, like me, you are not in complete control of it you can scratch other surfaces very easily. I resorted to using a sharp wood chisel to remove the rest of the old silicone. Extremely competitively priced at Plumbworld. A must have for a very professional finish. Various profiles and sizes. Results were remarkable! lt;li>For long-lasting repairs of impact damage and flaking on washbasins, kitchen sinks, shower trays and bath tubs with enamel, ceramic (porcelain) and acrylic surfaces.
For the repair of impact damage and flaking on washbasins, kitchen sinks, shower trays and bath tubs with enamel, ceramic (porcelain) and acrylic surfaces.

The only way to get a professional finish with silicone is to use this kit, forget 'wetted' fingers, masking tape and all the other rubbish that people have told you, this kit, if used correctly, will give a finish that only professional can obtain, without the mess which is normally associated with silicone.

The itemcontains anAerosol which is prohibited by Royal Mail, most standardCouriers& Air Mail services. It took ages to decide to buy this product, after a mystery chip appeared in the new bath - it wasn't me guv! I bought this after seeing Charlie DIYte raving about it on his YouTube video. I already have a Fugenboy tool which is similar to this that I was pleased with that but could see the extra advantages of this Cramer tool set whilst watching the video. The guide to span the tile grout lines is particularly useful. Followed instructions to cover 2 tiny chips. Product needed to go on twice with 1 day between. Result was excellent, I struggled to find the filled in chips needed to use my finger to find them. Great job.

Used this product to repair a small chip in an enameled steel bath. The chip was caused when a screwdriver was dropped blade first onto the bath ! I've always used a wet finger to finish off the profile and wasted lots of sealant and paper towel. The Cramer Profiling kit works really well, it provides a very even smooth finish and allows you to patch over areas while the sealant is wet. I wish I'd bought a set years ago. It cleans off excess sealant from tiles and floor and the tools wipe off easily with newspaper and final rub with paper towel. It's amazing how customers notice the quality of the sealant finish before they notice anything else. lt;li>The kit can be applied for up to seven average size repairs: 2 components: filling compound with hardener, spatula, sand paper for the repair of ceramic, enamel and acrylic surfaces, repair spray.
The amazing thing was Ithat after two passes of spray, I could no longer make out where the chip had been! You can just detect a slight roughness but not see the repair at all..

Cramer Kitchen & Bath Repair Kit Alpine White

For long-lasting repairs of impact damage and flaking on washbasins, kitchen sinks, shower trays and bath tubs with enamel, ceramic (porcelain) and acrylic surfaces. I only needed a tiny amount, so had to guess the proportions but it worked OK. I also found that I over sanded which left a depression so had to top up the filler, but that was fine. One of my friends is a double glazier of 20 years and even he was surprised how easy Fui's are to use and the qualtiy of the finish!
