About this deal

As you can see, the functions are almost point and shoot, since there are not many turns to go, you only have one speed and a single aperture. These little cameras are popular at weddings where the guests are encouraged to pick them up and start shooting, especially after the liquor starts to flow, then turn them in to the hosts before going home so the newlywed couple can get them developed and have some laughs later on. And, as we in the film community like to say, film isn’t dead, and that goes for disposable cameras as well!

Since 1976, we have developed literally millions of rolls of film with experienced lab professionals and film enthusiasts. There’s just something I like with the texture of the grain, the contrast that you see in the shadows, maybe don’t see. As for the Fujifilm Quicksnap, it really takes on a cooler toned appearance, really favoring the greens and blues in the images. This model comes with a flash, and apparently replaced the Kodak HD Power Flash model a few years ago, so I’m updating Kodak’s primary single use camera. We don’t share your credit card details with third-party sellers, and we don’t sell your information to others. No matter where you are, you’ll always have the ability to know what you’re doing and how to get the best picture from your camera!

Once you’ve used up all the film, simply drop the camera back at WALKENS or another film lab for processing. Read more about the condition New: A brand-new, unused, unopened and undamaged item in original retail packaging (where packaging is applicable).

The most common of these disposables (at least in the United States) is the Kodak FunSaver, which also happens to be the camera that introduced me to photography. Note on this review: it reads very similar to the HD power flash because I used that review for much of the text as the cameras are nearly the same. Mention that the flash is recharged manually by pressing the button on the front where the symbol that indicates it is. Both cameras are very simple and straightforward to use, but I have noticed that the Kodak FunSaver does have a more high-quality feel to it as well as a more comfortably shaped camera.

The flash must be turned on manually, which is great for when you’re shooting in broad daylight and don’t need the extra flash to help. Build quality is straight up consumer grade, complete with a loose shutter button made of flimsy gray plastic, a paper cover for the flash button, and a loud, rough advance wheel.

Packaging includes a cardboard sleeve that fits over the camera, which goes inside the sealed wrapper. Finance is provided by PayPal Credit (a trading name of PayPal UK Ltd, Whittaker House, Whittaker Avenue, Richmond-Upon-Thames, Surrey, United Kingdom, TW9 1EH). Of course the lens brings uniqueness to the result, but what is primarily the photo in terms of colors, contrast and tonal range, is offered by the film. You’ll have a better range for how much light you need to shoot, giving you more location options both inside and outside.
