Our range of numicon supplies can be used in a wonderfully creative way to make learning more engaging, fun, practical and interactive. This tactile, innovative, hands-on approach to maths invites children to touch, explore and manipulate materials, helping them to grasp mathematical concepts.

The box of Numicon Shapes 1-10 is designed for teachers and parents of children in Key Stage 1 and allow each child to have a set of shapes to lay out in front of them and use to respond to questions in class teaching, or when doing Numicon activities at home. Apparatus, such as Numicon Shapes, dice or rods, provide structured images to enrich number understanding. Activities can include matching shapes to numeral cards, creating number lines or filling the shapes with pegs.

Finally, our range of numicon baseboard sets helps to facilitate a wide range of maths skills including counting and problem-solving. Our numicon resources are great for teaching about place value, and practising addition, subtraction and multiplication. My kid enjoys counting them but I don't really know what you're supposed to do with them, of course he won't explain!

The pack provides step-by-step activities and practice, with planning support and assessment opportunities, alongside advice on how best to implement Numicon in your school. The product was very good value for money and really effective in helping my grandson develop his Maths during the lockdown.
