We did get a lot of answers in this one, most of which came towards the end of the book, but we also got two new prophecies which I've kind of had enough of trying to work out what they could all mean. Perfection was achieved with that single chapter. I choose to believe that the book ended right there.

Anybody comparing this series to TOG, ACOTAR and even Harry Potter is insulting those series. Throughout those books the plot lines progressed continuously and character growth moved seamlessly with that. Which can't be said about this.Our sorrow is spun like a web, trapping us tight, and I fear our enemies will soon come to feast upon our souls. Tory makes a deal with Miguel and visits a secret Nymph village that is full of Nymphs who don’t follow Lavinia and there she visits the Oracles and learns how to control the Ether. Idk if I can write a proper review anymore. I’m broken. But here’s my garbled mess… (no spoilers <3) However, plot wise, there wasn't a lot going on since I felt like this one was more about the characters and the relationships they have with each other. We got POVs from the twins, the Heirs, Geraldine, Xavier, Orion, Gabriel, even a few from Lionel (totally unexpected but a very nice touch) and even one chapter from Catalina, Darius’s mother.One of the most adorable and the precious friendship in this series. I never thought they would become bestiess like this and that Seth would make Lance jealous of him because Darcy is always ready to give him cuddles. I love it that they both are always there for each other and gossiping about anything and everything. I need Seth and his cuddles too 🥺

well i definitely had every right to be terrified of the other side lemme tell you that. proceed with caution if you haven’t read the book because there’s some spoilers sprinkled in i guess Francesca visits the palace under false pretences in an effort to save Orion but is discovered by Lionel who kills her but not before she managed to get into his head using her giftes and store some of his memories in her magical ring which she gives to Orion. Lance and Darcy then give the ring to Eugene to keep along with the rest of the items that they found.You’re not some gift from the stars to me, Darius. You’re the spoils of a war no one else ever could have won but us.” if you love my babies darcyorion then this book will be heaven for you. no joke i was crying out of happiness for them. i felt everything they felt and more. i did focus all my time on them instead of the other characters because they were actually developed properly (i’ll talk about each couple separately). I know I have chosen the longest quotes but they are all so beautiful that I couldn't stop adding them. I am terrified for everyone but somehow Orions fate seems like the worst. There is no way he's coming out of this whole.

Every chapter just progressively got worse when I was already down, bleeding with my heart out of my chest and STILL the authors went and spit on me some more. I'll only find peace again, if know for sure that [redacted], [redacted] & [redacted] are going to be okay...Synopsis: “Once upon a moon, the wild wind whispered in my ear that the true queens were returning to Solaria and I made it my mission to open up their path to the throne so that they could slip right in like an oily oyster. Now, on this most special and wonderous of days, the very day of their birth – I will prove myself to be the most loyal and dependable of their followers. All the bonds are broken because of Darius and his deal with the Stars, Orion is free from his prisons but still Power Shamed and Darcy has just been mysteriously cursed by Lavinia. Not the brightest beginning, but, even so, this book was amazing and we had some of the best moments ever (more on that in the Favorite Scenes section). At least that's how the first 90% of this book went. Because the last 10% felt like the iceberg that has sunk the Titanic. We must feel the bad as deeply as the sea, for then we are able to feel the joy as high as the moon.”
