About this deal

There is not much to say against this amp as it gives you everything for a small price. The only thing is that with some effects cranked up to high levels, the sound sometimes gets a little distorted as the speaker can not handle that much volume. But as this is a practice amp, that is totally acceptable. In terms of sounds and effects, for us, two channels are the absolute minimum we would accept, and ideally, we like to see amps with multiple models and presets to choose from. Which companies make the best desktop amps? So is it going to be your ultimate jamming partner? Let’s break down its features together, put it head-to-head against competitors, and determine if indeed this amp can hit all the right chords in our detailed review. Acoustic Guitar Modelling for Electric Guitar (Impulse Response)- G Humming Bird , GJ15 , MD45 , GJ200 , GJ45 , TL314 , MHD28

Orange amplifiers are something of a connoisseur’s choice in the amp world. Beyond the garish colour scheme, the British brand’s most signature element is the unique gain sound they offer. Although it does not have many features, it is an excellent amp for the price and is very portable and fun to play with. Finally, it costs slightly less than the Mighty Air. Conclusion Many effects Are Stereo, and there is no onboard Volume control - but its apparent there are 24 bits of dynamic range available. With 30 amp models and 40 effects onboard, the Spark is a catalog of great tones - and with 10,000+ more tones on the online library, you’ve got plenty of options. There’s Bluetooth connectivity to stream music, as well as ⅛” Aux and headphone inputs. You’ve got USB inputs and outputs too, which enable you to use your Spark as an audio interface for when you need to capture that next great idea.

All of these options make the amp quite versatile in terms of sound. You can play around with many variations to get a lot of great sounds. OVERALL: This thing is a winner (for me). I've had it for a week now and it's a lot of fun. It gets surprisingly loud for such a little guy but don't expect to compete with a drummer. It also puts out a surprising amount of bass, too (but the speakers can't always handle that when you turn it up). It is an outstanding amp for practices at home, jamming with friends, or even small gatherings. I think it is very hard to beat this amp in this price range.

Headphone amps are a great way to practice silently. While many regular guitar amps feature a headphone output, these handy tools are considerably smaller and much easier to take around with you on the go. It also means you can leave your bigger amp at the rehearsal space, knowing that you’ve still got a practice tool at home.Effects Noise Gate , Touch Wah , Uni Vibe , Phaser , Tremolo , Boost , TS Drive , Bass TS , Fuzz , Chorus , ST Chorus , Flanger , Analog Delay , Digital Delay , Tape Echo , Ping- Pong Delay , Spring Reverb , Hall Reverb , Plate Reverb , Room Reverb Nux products belong to the most interesting ones for our customers. On average every single Nux product was hit over 8.000 times at the Thomann Online Store within the last month. Integrating the already highly respected BIAS tone engine with some pretty incredible smart technology, the Positive Grid Spark has taken the world of the best practice amps by storm - and we can definitely see why.

It is really compact-sized and portable, so guitarists that are constantly on the move would also appreciate this one. I must say it is also a great option for busking, too as it can be used with battery power.Like many pieces of guitar gear, the prices of desktop amps can vary wildly - but even the top end of the desktop amp spectrum won't break the bank. Now, when it comes to deciding how much to spend, you must first decide on what the main purpose of your new amp will be. Okay, let's dive into the tone of this minuscule desktop companion. The Lionheart Mini features a dual-channel setup, with both a clean and overdrive sound available at the push of a button, while all the tone-shaping capabilities are accessed via a solitary dial. This works much like the tone control on a distortion pedal and you even get a rather authentic tape-style digital delay, that will add a little depth to your sound. The amp is not meant for live performances or professional recordings, but it is ideal for home practice, amateur recordings, and small jam sessions. First and foremost, we are guitar players, and we want other guitarists to find the right product for them. So we take into careful consideration everything from budget to feature set, ease of use and durability to come up with a list of what we can proudly say are the best practice amps on the market right now.

Positive Grid Spark 40 is an innovative multifunctional digital modeling practice amp. Although it is much heavier and bigger compared to Mighty Air, it is still considered a portable amp. It has 40-watt power with 2×20-W custom speakers. Our number one Nux product is the following item Nux Mighty Plug Pro. An all time favourite is the following item Nux Atlantic Delay & Reverb, of which we have sold more than 3.000 pieces up to now.

Using the App, It can swiftly change from Guitar Mode to Bass Mode. I found the three Bass mode presets actually work well for Rhythm Guitar and the Funk Bass preset has an Auto touch wah for funky rhythm guitar. Acoustic Guitar Modelling for electric Guitar (Impulse Response) - G Humming Bird, G J15, M D45, G J200, G J45, TL 314, M HD28 Before we get into the sound of Laney's Lionheart Mini, we should take a moment to appreciate how good this little amp looks. Obviously modelled after its much larger counterpart, this amp nails the retro vibe of the original with its navy exterior and beige grill - we think this little guy would brighten up any desk, and we're sure you'll agree. Change: TAP button: RED means Drum machine. Hold the TAP button to change to BLUE indicator, it becomes to Tap Tempo for Delay. (In the meantime, DLY/RVB knob controls Mix of Delay.) Hold the TAP button again to change to ORANGE indicator. (In the meantime, DLY/RVB knob controls Level of Reverb.)
