Study AG10‐001 was a 2‐part, randomized, double‐blind, placebo‐controlled first‐in‐human study of AG10 in healthy adult volunteers. Transthyretin amyloidoses, for many years considered an obscure family of rare genetic diseases, have more recently received a high level of interest.
