About this deal

A hilarious office romance where two archenemies who drive each other crazy pretend they’re madly in love. The language, the interaction between the characters, the regis rolls, Poe. It just seemed like the same thing over and over. In this book, we have a neighbor's spat. It's a CEO versus a girl who just inherited her grandmother's Bed and Breakfast in a small town. Said CEO makes a generous offer on the property, but girl doesn't want to sell. They butt heads. She ends up working for him because she needs the money for repairs. Some crazy stuff goes down. We find out there's more to our grumpy CEO than meets the eye. Okay, so it's actually a very standard trope for this type of book, but it was so good. And the end? Oh my gosh! I loved the end. I thought it was going to turn out that way when it started, but when my suspicions were confirmed was was bouncing up and down. It was really cute.

Until Jenn scratches his armor, but not enough at first. Until showing Miles how he has been wrong about them together, by not trusting her enough to open up the can of his past wounds, even if they are still very raw because of a pang of unwarranted guilt. He damaged what could be. A little help from beyond the grave helps get Miles and Jenn’s relationship started and has a beautiful link in the ultimate HEA.This story is the latest in the Seattle Suits Series and is another great addition to the series. Miles and Jenn’s story is fraught with disasters galore, numerous misunderstandings and some scorching hot scenes. I know I'm in the minority here but I just couldn't get into it. I kept finding myself putting it down, walking away.

Eliza Angelo, twenty-six, lives and breathes coffee. For her, brewing coffee is an art. She has been perfecting her methods and writing down her recipes for years. It is her dream to open her own coffee shop one day, naming it Liza’s Love. Her job as a virtual assistant helps her pay the bills in the meantime and gives her the flexibility she needs to make her coffee experiments her priority. Without some serious savings, though, her dreams only get farther away. She has decided that she does not need romantic complications in her life, devoting herself instead to her love of coffee. I didn’t like she played with another’s heart because she was afraid of her own feelings, she should act on them or not but she does not add someone else into the fray. A breath-stealing enemies-to-lovers epic! Feel your heart soar when a scowling suit remembers how to be human again as he goes all-in for the woman who stands her ground and two adorable big dogs. One Bossy Offer” is an enemies-to-lovers, grumpy-sunshine, sexy neighbor next door story by Nicole Snow. It’s the fourth book in the ‘Bossy Seattle Suits’ series of slightly interconnected standalone stories. If you’re familiar with any of the other books that came before this one, you’ll enjoy the cameos and cross references of some characters and locations. I am intrigued by Wyatt Emory and Meadow and fingers crossed there will be a book about them in the future. I would love to know more about their story and where Wyatt fits in with the Heart’s Edge crew. I love that series and it’s one of my favorites. I also would love to see if there will be a book about Eliza.

One Bossy Offer is the grumpy-sunshine, enemies-to-lovers romance story between Jennifer Landers and Miles Cromwell. This book is the fourth book in the Bossy Seattle Suits series and can be read as a standalone. I always recommend readers to read this whole series from the beginning before reading the latest book, but I know that sometimes you get too excited to read the book that you don’t want to and that is exactly what I did. But if you wanted to read the series from the beginning you should start with book one, One Bossy Proposal. If you don’t have time to read all 3 books, you should at least read One Bossy Date. There are some character crossover cameos and scenes in this book, which I love. ❤️ I think that if you read at least One Bossy Date (book 3), you will see where Jennifer gets introduced and read about her bestie’s story, which will be reference in this book. An accidental date brings together two instant enemies in this hilarious and steamy grumpy boss romance. This didn’t need to be as long as it is. I skimmed a lot of it and then at 90% I just skipped to the end. It was too syrupy, corny, cliche and angsty. snow spent 60% of the book on the enemies storyline but was not able in all of those words to create genuine chemistry between the lead characters. She wasted more time than any human with a life would put up with writing the I can/can’t, i will/won’t, I do/don’t. Nope, No, no thanks. I was over both of the leads and their unrealistic fear of love and all the side stories. For me it was exhausting and finally boring. I’m recommending it because I know a bunch of readers will just eat this up. Trying not to be a hater but really by the end of this I wanted to give it no stars.

One Bossy Proposal: An Enemies to Lovers Romance (Bossy

An enemies-to-lovers office romance with slow-burn sizzle. Witness one commanding single dad become so enchanted with the hellion he can’t stand that he’ll do everything to keep her forever. Inheriting a bad-tempered boss brings the sweetest insanity in this roaring funny and shamelessly steamy grumpy-sunshine romance from Wall Street Journal bestselling author Nicole Snow. We didn’t exactly hit it off when he showed up with an offer to buy my land and my hyperactive dogs yanked my robe open right in front of him. Lincoln Burns, thirty-two, is the bossy billionaire CEO of Haughty But Nice, an upscale fashion empire. Their focus is quality, and they tend to steer away from over-the-top designs. It is a family company, and he took over the helm when his mother retired shortly after his father’s death. Lincoln worked his way through his grief and has not stopped since. He has brought modern business ideas to the job, and it has paid off in spades. His newest project is the launch of a wedding line, but the endeavor isn’t cheap, so there is also great risk. Marketing will be critical to their success. Besides grieving his father’s death, Lincoln’s workaholic tendencies have a few more motivations. His best friend, Wyatt Emory, has had a rough time since they left the Marines. Lincoln took note of the power of love to ruin a man. His own experience with love blew up, too, when plans to spend his life with Regina Swann ended in disaster. Even his parents’ perfect marriage had a lesson for him. Lincoln has decided that work, not love, is a more worthwhile use of time, and with Haughty But Nice, he has found purpose. He only does one-nighters, but even those haven’t interested him in quite some time.

Miles Cromwell, thirty-five, isn’t known for being warm and fuzzy. He has had a few women in his time, but he doesn’t see himself settling down. A recluse at heart, he prefers to spend his days alone, painting landscapes. It helps to calm and distract him from the ugly thoughts that often creep into his mind. As CEO of Cromwell-Narada Media, he cannot spend all of his time lying low at his Pinnacle Point home, much to his chagrin. His Seattle-based company is just a forty-minute flight away, and he lives there much of the year. Cromwell-Narada is a media giant and dominates the Pacific Northwest. Miles took over for his father years ago, and he works diligently to continue to grow the company and keep atop market trends. Unfortunately, his marketing department struggles to get out of the corporate mindset and isn’t keeping pace with new ideas in marketing, so getting traction in social media is an area that needs work. So you’ve come dressed like a bandit while you’re robbing away delicious pastries today? You look like an undertaker,” I grind out. Her mouth drops momentarily, then she tries to shake it off like she’s only insulted. The hellcat narrows her eyes at me. “I have an interview, and no, Captain Dipshit, I wouldn’t dirty my hands with you. I’d let someone else scrape you off the ground like roadkill.” Captain Dipshit? Roadkill? How charming. That green-eyed little mouth needs someone to bend her over their knee and teach her to talk nicely to strangers.

The FMC (can't even remember her name other than last name Poe) needs a change of pace and so she has an interview for a marketing position in an up and coming, though locally well-known company. Prior to going to her interview, she runs to a coffee shop to get a coffee and cinnamon roll and inadvertently gets the last one. Enter super hot guy with an ax to grind because there is no more of the pastries. Lo and behold, who shows up to her interview? Super hot guy, Lincoln. She ends up with the job and then a fake proposal comes into play to help launch a wedding line. Insert tropes of fiesty female lead with baggage and a male lead with a tortured soul who believes he's not good enough for girl. I don't know how Ms. Snow manages to do it time and again: with each new book, I think, "Wow! This just can't be surpassed!", and each time Ms. Snow proves me wrong. This author is just incredible, as is her talent for portraying the most horrible, grumpy, grouchy billionaire boss in such a way that you inevitably fall in love with this guy. Even if you hated him so much before. Even if he broke the heroine's heart for the umpteenth time, in an attempt to protect her from herself and keep her from harm. Even if he acts like the ultimate jerk, unable to communicate his deep feelings for the love of his life, and one misunderstanding follows the next ...

Lincoln Burns would do anything for his war brother Wyatt, including getting into a verbal sparring match with a gorgeous stranger outside a coffee shop to attempt to keep his Regis roll craving under control. Karma comes to slap him when she appears at an interview for a marketing copywriter position at his family company. She’s the best candidate but it’s clear that they rub each other up the wrong way and constantly spar their words. Jennifer Landers has lost her Grams (Lottie). She really connected with this woman and now she is gone… except, from the grave, she is giving Jenn a chance to live the remarkable life that Grams had. On Pinnacle Pointe, a beautiful, tranquil small town Grams built a life for her family, built and ran Bee Harbor a B & B, and became an intricate part of the community. Grams left Jennifer this magical though totally rundown property. Jen left behind her unfulfilled but successful career and plans to run the Bee Harbor. Gram also left Jenn with two rambunctious Dobermans, Coffee and Cream. They are totally adorable and full of mischief.
