I used some star shape bowls to hold the pancakes in and finished off the table by sprinkling some chocolate coins and snowmen around.

I first saw the idea for the North Pole Breakfast from Cara Carroll of The First Grade Parade and I loved everything about it. I try to remain consistent with the selection of photos each year, so I try to always include their Halloween costume, first day of school, school picture, a photo from vacation, etc. We do the north pole breakfast every year but this year I got tickets for breakfast with santa on the 3rd so we are going to use that as our north pole breakfast instead. Throw snow flakes, glitter, Santa sparkles or any kind of decorative glitter you can find on the table. We all know Elves live on the four food groups of only sugary treats, so it stands to reason that a North Pole Breakfast should include Christmas-themed sweet treats.A North Pole Breakfast is a special tradition that brings a dash of North Pole delight right into your home during the Christmas season! Here are my favourite North Pole Breakfast ideas; it’s meant to be a special treat full of foods you’d never usually eat at breakfast, but of course you can make healthier options and jazz them up a little! I was actually in my Mums local Asda an hour away from where I live to find the cake and giant eclair (for Christmas Day) as I couldn’t get them in my own one so I hope I’m just as lucky this year.

The crafty mum then adds a few extra decorations to the table, which include a 'Welcome to your North Pole breakfast' sign, some scattered chocolate coins and Christmas crackers, before she delves into making an edible Christmas tree – made from a star-shaped mini pancake and grapes.
