I hope that you enjoyed my review, and appreciate those of you who took time out of your day to read my post.Yet another reason I can’t wait to test this out in the summer, because my skin is usually a little more balanced in that season. One more thing: the water used in cosmetics is purified and deionized (it means that almost all of the mineral ions inside it is removed). I still do need concealer or correctors for dark spots or red areas, but that’s the case with most foundations I use anyways. I do think that if you have any textures or large pores, the Physician’s Formula primer may unfortunately highlight these issues. I personally think that with something light like a tinted moisturiser, this could shine through too much and look a little bit 'tin man'.

I have used this product after putting on my moisturizer, and have gotten a ton of compliments on my skin. I think, and I stand corrected, that the white film is the filter and acted as both the barrier between the skin and foundation and as the glowing, pearlescent filter that shone through the foundation. You will really only need a small amount (like the amount pictured above) to cover your entire face. I love this foundation already but I think the BECCA Backlight Priming Filter delivered a more perfected look with a very natural looking boost in glow.

It was VERY easy to figure out which one was on my arm just by looking at it, just because the consistencies are so different. I think this would be great on fair skin since the light reflecting pearls are so light, but I think it would be just gorgeous on a deeper skin tone too. Not only is this product great for under foundation, but it also works amazingly for days where you don’t feel like doing a full face of makeup.
