I would like it for the fresh aquatic nature alone, but the cloying sweetness just makes it seem like the original Invictus in the far dry down albeit with good performance. The deviation from Invictus here comes from juniper and yuzu mixed with a dihydromyrcenol aqautic note, making Invictus Aqua smoother, deeper, less punchy. The scent itself doesn’t smell bad, I can see a high schooler rocking this scent or a college student who likes to party/clubbing and likes flirting. I honestly don't understand why paco rabanne felt the need to reformulate this one on this new 2018 edition.

Well blended, not as synthetic as 2016 quite strong at first spray but it settles down to a lighter version of original Invictus. It's got that musky woody creamy note that M01 brings with the aquatic / ambroxan vibe that IA brings, to me this is amazing when that Molecule dries down. It dries down into a fresh and sweet base with a touch of powder and all the other things that make it unique fade away.
