About this deal

The full range of spray painting tips, however, will remain useful especially because you want the best result. However, the new HEA tip has gone through revolutionary development. Thanks to the new tip technology in the HEA, Wagner has been able to reduce overspray by some 50%. Which means you can now work a lot cleaner (waste far less paint) and get even better results. In that case, but also if this problem occurs when the device is used for the first time, try to release the ball valves of the pump by going through the steps described above and/or follow the instructions in this YouTube video. The components of the Titan model in the video are similar to those of Wagner's HEA Control Pro series.

Mindre tryk bevirker også, at du ikke så hurtigt bliver træt i armene, når du arbejder med Airless pistolen. I sammenligning med de almindelige Airless sprøjtepistoler er aftrækket og rekylkraften tydeligt mindre. The soft spray pattern enhances control and reduces the risk of paint spillage and splatters. This results in a neat painting experience with minimal cleanup required. Used For The Wagner Control Pro 250 R is from a completely new generation of Airless paint sprayers, which feature High-Efficiency Airless, or HEA technology.

Is the Wagner HEA Control Pro 250 R delivered ready for use?

Control sprayers are typically more powerful and suitable for larger projects, such as walls, and exteriors. FLEXiO sprayers are typically lighter and more portable, making them suitable for various smaller to medium painting tasks. Price: As the 350M offers more power and features, it tends to be more expensive than the 250M. The price difference may be a consideration for users on a budget or those who don’t require the higher capacity and performance of the 350M. For times when you don’t need control airless technology due to overspray, you can try a Wagner Control Painter HVLP sprayer. We’ve already done the homework for you:)) Nozzle Technology This feature eliminates the need to refill the paint, saving you time and effort. It also minimizes mess. Paint Hose

This new technology gives even better and fuller spray than Airless technology, currently the highest standard in the market. Thanks partly to the new technology, the machine can spray all the usual materials using less power, which makes it far more efficient than its predecessors.

What accessories are included?

The number in the product name indicates the difference in power between both types of Wagner HEA sprayers: the 250 (= lighter model) and the 350 (= heavier model).

This product has the great nozzle design available on the market today. Whether you’re a seasoned painter or a first-time user, this sprayer is tailored to cater to your needs, guiding you effortlessly towards picture-perfect outcomes. The inclusion of a carrying handle makes it easy to change work locations without hassle. It adds to the overall portability of the equipment, enhancing convenience during large projects. Direct paint intake If a leakage occurs during use of the device for the first time, it could be that one of the seals is not properly joined. While a manufacturing defect is not a common occurrence, it is possible in this case. An Airless sprayer is especially distinguished by its clean finish. Unlike other techniques, the Airless spray gun is so good at atomizing paint that it sprays walls or any other similar object extremely well. For many people, for example, plastering is an expensive part of a building or renovation project. Only Airless produces such a clean finish that it justifies painting over newly plastered walls. The Control Pro 250 M is a compact airless paint sprayer with a carry handle, which is designed for experienced DIY'ers. The material is atomized using High Efficiency Airless (HEA) technology with a reduced pressure, generating perfect coverage with minimum overspray. Combined with a new nozzle design, this Airless spray system offers maximum control and professional results without any streaking. This makes the Control Pro 250 M not only easy to use, but also enables first-time users to achieve perfect results. It allows you to work with all water and solvent based paints, varnishes and wood preservatives as well as emulsion and latex paints. The Control Pro 250 R is from a completely new generation of Airless paint sprayers, which are equipped with High Efficiency Airless, or HEA technology. This is based on innovative nozzle technology combined with a highly efficient but pressure-reduced pump. If you are not fully satisfied with the result, the following reasons might be a factor: namely, no clean / smooth finish; use of too much paint; or excessive amount of paint mist. HEA is a completely new technique developed by Wagner. It has all the features of Airless plus some HVLP features to combine the best of both worlds. HVLP, such as the Universal Sprayer series, for example, is easier to handle and gives less overspray

It may be that you were supplied with a standard Airless nozzle holder on or with your gun extension. HEA (High Efficiency Airless) nozzles have a slightly different size, as a result of which yours may not fit. Instead of the standard Airless nozzle holder, screw your HEA gun nozzle holder onto the gun extension. With this holder, your HEA nozzle should fit instantly. The Wagner HEA PRO 250R is the ideal partner for medium-sized projects, such as new builds or home renovations. It is perfectly capable of spraying all current water- and solvent-based fluids and is specially developed for DIY, building managers and service providers who use spray painters on a regular basis. The model is handy to use, compact and easy to store. This paint sprayer has a plastic housing and is therefore lighter than the M variants. Make sure the walls are ready to be painted. Moisture-absorbing surfaces such as newly plastered walls have to be pre-treated with a primer. Unfortunately, primer cannot always be sprayed with a paint sprayer. As mentioned earlier, not all of the accessories apply to the new HEA paint sprayer. Where before you had to put a matching filter in the handgrip of the machine, now you no longer need this. As you can read in the Airless section, an Airless machine is suitable for spraying large surfaces, has a wide range of applications and provides a nice finish. However, an Airless sprayer produces relatively a lot of overspray, is harder to use, less forgiving, and makes quite a bit of noise. There are various paint spraying techniques. One of the most famous is “Airless”, which literally means “without air”. Because of that many people think that it produces very little mist. In In fact, however, the paint is blown under pressure through a small hole (spray tip) and an Airless sprayer is not entirely without air.
