Also the QR codes in the beginning with the videos, I feel like I'm watching the most informational tik toks I've ever seen.

I appreciate the scope of this cookbook, and I look forward to sharing this book with my soon-to-graduate children to have references for successful cooking later in life. Asparagus and Parmesan Risotto- this was the best dish we tried… and it was from a chapter of recipes written by other people.And of course, Nick had to include some "collab" recipes from his famous friends like Andrew Zimmern, Robert Irvine, Joanne Chang, Lynja, and more. I am always on the lookout for exciting new cookbooks--either to gift to others at the holidays or to endanger our increasingly groaning shelves of cookbooks. I had to read the receipe twice to understand the instructions and found it great during this summer time.
